This notice covers enquiries and private payment requests on woncapp.com. Updated 22 October 2026.

What you send us

The form collects your name, email, optional business name and website, your selected plan, billing preference and pricing market (international USD or UAE AED), and the project details you choose to share. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Why we keep it

We store your enquiry to understand your project, reply to your request, and discuss a proposal. Submitting the form does not create a subscription, take payment, or add you to a newsletter.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in WONC’s application database and is available to authorised WONC administrators. It is not published on the website. The form does not automatically send your details to an external email or marketing service.

Payment requests

If we agree paid work, we keep your contact details, agreed scope, currency, amount, order reference and payment status. Selecting Continue to payment sends your name, email, order reference, amount and currency to our connected payment service to open hosted checkout. We record transaction references and confirmed payment or refund status. Enter payment details only in hosted checkout; the WONC payment-request page does not ask for your card number.

Cookies and external content

The site uses essential session and security cookies for forms. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information associated with those requests. Portfolio images are hosted on WONC; links to customer websites open those external sites.

Questions or deletion requests

You can use the same enquiry form to ask about an earlier submission or request its correction or deletion. Include the email address used for your original request so we can identify it. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
