What does the monthly price cover?
Website hosting, HTTPS, platform maintenance and editing access, plus the 99Inbox team access listed in your package. Growth and Commerce also include Mautic hosting within their contact limits. Setup covers design and the initial forms, templates and workflows listed. New design work, campaign production and third-party sending or transaction fees are separate.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. You get site-specific editing access to update content and images and manage page SEO. The exact controls follow the sections and content on your site, so everyday edits stay focused.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes. We review your existing pages, content, assets, and important URLs before proposing the migration. Complex functionality is assessed before we agree the work.
Is my domain included?
Domain registration and renewal are separate. You can keep the domain you already own; we help connect it to your WONC website. Keep the domain registered in your own account.
Do you support Arabic websites?
Yes, including right-to-left layouts. We agree languages, translation responsibilities, and the number of pages in your proposal. Additional language versions are scoped separately.
Can I sell products or accept payments?
Commerce includes product presentation, chat and marketing follow-up, plus planned payment integration: hosted checkout, shareable payment links, email payment requests, order references and payment-status updates. The integration can track successful, pending, failed and refunded payments. Available payment methods and currencies depend on your approved account. We confirm scope and test checkout before activation. Processing fees are separate; custom carts, subscriptions, shipping and ERP connections are quoted separately.
What does Mautic include?
Growth includes managed Mautic hosting for up to 1,000 contacts, one capture form, one follow-up workflow and one email template. Commerce increases this to 5,000 contacts, three workflows and two templates. Email delivery is through your approved sending provider and is charged separately. Ongoing campaign writing, extra workflows and larger databases are quoted before work starts.
What does 99Inbox chat include?
We set up website chat and team access: one team member on Launch, up to three on Growth and up to five on Commerce. Your team handles replies. Extra channels, AI agents, WhatsApp / SMS usage and additional team access are separately scoped; no unlimited messaging or staffed answering service is included.
How does the agency partnership work?
The partnership covers hosting for up to five client websites, each with its own domain and site-specific editing access. Client-facing sites and login screens can carry the client’s branding. Website builds, migrations, and any additional sites are quoted separately.
