WONC brings the agreed website build, hosting and platform maintenance together. You receive client access for supported content and SEO updates. The exact pages, integrations and support scope are set out in your proposal.
Setup pays for the agreed initial website and configuration. The monthly or annual service fee covers the recurring scope in your plan. Domain registration, third-party usage fees and additional work are separate unless your quote includes them.
Yes. You retain ownership of your domain and the original content you supply. Keep your registrar account in your name. Platform software, licensed templates and third-party assets are not transferred as ownership of the service.
No. WONC currently requests renewals separately. Each payment request is a one-time payment and does not authorise automatic recurring card charges.
Yes, after a migration review. We agree the pages, content, domains and integrations to move, then check the live website and required redirects. Mailbox hosting and email migration are separate unless agreed.
Use website chat, the help center or admin@woncapp.com. Cancellation and offboarding are handled with the team, according to the agreed scope and service period. Refund requests are reviewed manually; there is no automatic refund system.
