This policy explains how WONC, operated by RUKN AL JOUDAH AI APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES L.L.C, handles information connected with this website, project enquiries, support, client access and payment requests.
Information you provide
A project enquiry collects your name, email, optional website, selected plan and project details. If you choose to use website chat, you may provide a name, email and messages. A client account stores the information required for authorised access to assigned websites. Please share only information relevant to your request.
How we use it
We use your details to review your project, communicate about the agreed service, provide support, manage account access, and keep records of orders and payments. Submitting a form or starting a chat does not subscribe you to a newsletter or start automatic marketing campaigns.
Website forms and notifications
Project enquiries are stored in WONC’s application database and are available to authorised administrators. New enquiries trigger an internal dashboard notification. The success message confirms that the enquiry has been saved; it does not confirm a contract or payment.
Chat and help center
Our connected support service handles website chat and help-center content. Loading the widget sends technical information, such as the page address and browser language, to that service. Messages and the contact details you enter are stored so authorised team members can respond. Browser storage keeps visitor and conversation identifiers so you can return to the same chat. Do not send passwords, payment card details or authentication codes in messages.
Payments
A payment request records the contact details, agreed description, amount, currency, order reference and payment status. Choosing Continue to payment sends the details needed to open hosted checkout to our connected payment service. Enter card details only in that checkout. WONC records transaction references and confirmed status; its payment-request page does not collect your card number.
Cookies, storage and external links
The website uses session and security cookies for forms and account access, and browser storage for support chat. Website fonts and portfolio screenshots are hosted by WONC. Links to customer websites open external services with their own policies. We do not currently run advertising pixels or optional marketing analytics on this public website. If that changes, this notice and any required controls will be updated.
Retention and access
We keep information while it is needed to provide the agreed service, handle support and maintain appropriate business records. Access is limited to authorised people and connected services that support those purposes. We may need to retain order, transaction or security records where there is an ongoing business or legal reason.
Your requests
You can ask about your information, request a correction or ask for deletion through website chat, the contact form or admin@woncapp.com. Include the email associated with your request. We may need to verify your identity or authority and explain any information that must be retained.
