The client dashboard on a customer’s domain uses that site’s own name and supported logo settings. Client permissions limit access to assigned websites.
The agency plan does not include a standalone resale license, ownership of the WONC software, unlimited seats or a fully rebranded billing system. Discuss any additional branding or integration requirements with us.
MANAGING THE RELATIONSHIP
Know who does what.
Agree who supplies content, who approves the website, who answers customer chat, and how support requests are passed to WONC.
When a team member leaves or a client changes hands, review their account access. Keep each client’s domain registration and original content under the appropriate owner.

bring a client.
Are website builds included in the agency fee?
No. The published agency fee covers the hosting allowance for up to five sites. Builds, migrations, integrations and additional scope are quoted separately.
Can one team manage several clients?
Yes, with explicit site assignments. Each account can access the sites it is authorised to manage. A client should never receive another customer’s account.
Who answers live chat?
The team assigned to the website inbox. Chat setup does not include a staffed customer support team or automatic AI agent.
How do extra sites and offboarding work?
Ask for a quote before adding sites beyond the allowance. For offboarding, agree the content handover, domain arrangements and service end date with WONC.
