Terms of service.

These terms describe WONC’s website and managed service offering. WONC is operated by RUKN AL JOUDAH AI APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES L.L.C, licence 1132943, Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai. A written proposal or order sets the specific scope, price, service period and delivery arrangements for your project.
1. Quotes and scope
Website plans are starting scopes. Before work begins, we agree the pages, content responsibilities, integrations and any additional work. A website brief is an enquiry, not a paid order. Work outside an agreed scope, including additional pages, products, workflows, migrations or custom development, is quoted separately.
2. Setup and recurring service
Setup covers the agreed initial build and configuration. Monthly or annual service covers the recurring scope during the paid service period. Domain registration, mailbox hosting, external processing or sending fees, and other extras are not included unless your proposal says so. The final quote confirms the currency, any applicable tax and the amount due before payment.
3. Payments and renewals
Payment is made through an agreed payment request or other approved arrangement. Check the amount, currency and order reference before paying. Payment requests are one-time payments; they do not authorise automatic recurring card charges. Renewals are requested separately. Opening or returning from checkout does not prove payment succeeded; the payment service must confirm it.
4. Delivery and approvals
Delivery depends on the agreed scope and timely receipt of content, access and approvals. Any delivery date or revision allowance is stated in your proposal. Review your content, contact details, mobile layouts and agreed integrations before approving launch. A change in requirements may change the price or schedule; we agree that with you before additional work proceeds.
5. Your domain and content
You retain ownership of your domain and original content you provide. Keep your domain registrar account in the appropriate owner’s name. You are responsible for having permission to use supplied text, images and other materials. The WONC software, platform infrastructure, licensed templates and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licences.
6. Client access and tools
Accounts may access only assigned websites and permitted actions. Keep login details private and tell us when access should change. Available editor controls depend on the site and template. Chat, marketing workflows and payment features require their agreed configuration and activation; a plan description does not automatically enable them on every site. Your team remains responsible for answering customers and approving marketing audiences and content.
7. Hosting and support
The active service includes the hosting and platform maintenance stated in your proposal. Support covers the agreed website and configured tools. New designs, additional content, custom code and unrelated external services are separate work. Maintenance and external service interruptions can occur; we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular search ranking, traffic level or sales result. Any response-time commitment must be expressly agreed.
8. Cancellation and refund requests
Contact WONC to arrange cancellation before the next service period. Because renewals are requested separately, there is no automatic card subscription to cancel. Agree the service end date and any outstanding work with the team. A cancellation request does not itself reverse a completed payment. Refund requests are reviewed and handled manually against the agreed scope, delivery and applicable rights; there is no automatic refund system. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Offboarding and export
Before service ends, agree the content handover, domain arrangements and access changes with WONC. We can provide available website content and an asset list in supported formats; moving it into a different platform may require additional work. Platform software, hosting accounts and non-transferable licensed assets are not included in a content handover. Keep copies of the material you need and agree any retention period before closing the service.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorised access, spam, fraud or material you have no right to use. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, other customers or legal obligations. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.
